NASROLLAHI Villa

In this project, due to the limited width of the land, the design process had to ensure good access on the site, an appropriate facade, and proper functionality for the interior spaces. Therefore, the decision was made to create a suitable volume at the center of the site with 6 columns spaced according to the required distances for the main spaces. This design solved the site’s accessibility issue and provided adequate space for the users’ functions. Considering the space requirements, we utilized cantilevers around the central volume on the upper floors, which effectively addressed both our needs and those of the client.
