AMATA Apartment

Amata Apartment is a residential project located adjacent to a coastal plot. It is situated on a 300M/2 land with a width of 11 meters. Given the narrow width of the plot and the developer’s requirements, the decision was made to position the structure with two column axes in the narrower section to optimize the floor plan design.

In the planning phase, we aimed to ensure a clear distinction between the public and private areas in both small and large units, while also maintaining an efficient circulation flow.

For the façade design, rectangular volumes—some of which were structural—were utilized. The façade was clad with white stone and brick, creating a harmonious visual identity. On the northern side, continuous terraces were incorporated, which were divided into three sections: public, private, and semi-private, allowing for flexible use by the residents.
