SEA House

Sea House is a coastal villa initially designed as two separate units, but based on the client’s request, it needed to be converted into a single, complete unit. Given the seaside location of the project, the decision was made to place the private areas of the villa on the ground floor and the public areas on the first floor, ensuring optimal views of both the sea and the mountains. This decision came with challenges, such as strengthening the existing structure, designing the new structure, and separating the public from the private spaces. Through the design process, we arrived at a solution that appropriately addressed the defined problem.
