QUIET Villa

The “Quiet Villa” is situated in a mountainous environment, offering excellent panoramic views due to the site’s location.

To maximize the scenic view of the surrounding nature and the river in front of the site, we decided to elevate the living area one floor above ground level. This not only enhances the view but also allows for better airflow beneath the structure, preventing moisture from penetrating the lower part of the building. Additionally, a section of the living area was rotated 45 degrees in relation to the main volume to further expand the residents’ view of the river.

With this design approach, users can enjoy an unobstructed view of the landscape from any point within the building.
