In the Paya Villa project, the land designated by the client for construction was located in Asara City, in the village of Pol Khav, with a width of 8 meters and a length of 55 meters. The site was completely surrounded by a lush forest environment, with the southern side facing an 8-meter road, no neighbors to the west and east, and a completely mountainous, green view with a river at the northern end of the plot. Given the enclosed surroundings of the project, the only area with a view was the northern part. Based on this view, the villa was designed at the front of the site.

In this project, we also took advantage of the land’s good topography and incorporated its terraced nature into the design. This allowed us to create a pool with a 1.5-meter cantilever facing the river and the scenic view. Additionally, various seating areas were designed at different elevation levels throughout the project.

For the building itself, a 5-meter cantilever was incorporated into the first floor to cover half of the pool and provide an enhanced view for the client from the terrace. A natural spring existed outside the site, with its flowing water passing through the project area. We used a metal culvert to direct the water from the side of the building to the back of the site. This not only provided the client with a river-like experience on-site but also allowed for natural irrigation of the trees on the lower part of the land.
